.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRES OVER THE GULF REGION WILL BE REINFORCING
BY STRONGER HIGH PRES ON SAT BRINGING AN INCREASE IN WINDS AND
SEAS ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF THE GULF. WINDS AND SEAS WILL
ALSO INCREASE OVER THE SE GULF SAT AND SAT NIGHT AS LOW PRES
DEVELOPS E OF FLORIDA. THE NEXT COLD FRONT WILL REACH THE
NORTH-CENTRAL AND NE GULF WATERS ON MON FOLLOWED BY FRESH TO
STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS UP TO 11 FT. THESE
CONDITIONS WILL DOMINATE MUCH OF THE GULF WATERS BY TUE.
