NOVEMBER 2014 HAS BEEN RATHER COOL AND WET ACROSS WEST CENTRAL AND
SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WITH TEMPERATURES AVERAGING 2 TO 6 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL WHILE RAINFALL IN MANY SPOTS HAS BEEN TWO TO THREE TIMES
THE NORMAL AMOUNT. THIS COULD PLACE SOME LOCATIONS IN THE TOP 10
COOLEST AND WETTEST FOR NOVEMBER.
