FOUND ACROSS NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON...WITH 10 TO 25
MPH WINDS ACROSS SOUTWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 50S WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF
30 TO 40 PERCENT.
