OF WATER RESOURCES FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN CALIFORNIA...

  SMITH RIVER NEAR DR FINE BRIDGE AFFECTING DEL NORTE COUNTY

  MAD RIVER NEAR ARCATA AFFECTING HUMBOLDT COUNTY


RAIN AND RAINSHOWERS HAVE BEEN HEAVY AT TIMES OVER THE PAST 12 HOURS BUT
ARE EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF THROUGH THE DAY..

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT

  AFTERNOON THEN FORECAST TO RECEDE TO NEAR 19 FT LATE TOMORROW
  MORNING.
* IMPACTS...AT 31 FEET...MINOR FLOODING MAY OCCUR AROUND THE GRAVEL
  PLANT NEAR HWY 101 AND OF SOUTH BANK RD APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE
  UPSTREAM FROM DOCTOR FINE BRIDGE.
