A MIX OF MOSTLY SNOW AND SOME FREEZING RAIN WAS OVER MUCH OF NORTH
DAKOTA AND PARTS OF SOUTH DAKOTA AND EASTERN MONTANA. THIS WAS CAUSING
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ALONG INTERSTATE 95
BETWEEN MANDAN AND DICKINSON AND HIGHWAY 85 IN WESTERN NORTH
DAKOTA. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING TODAY AND BE SURE TO HAVE A
WINTER SURVIVAL KIT.

TONIGHT THIS AREA OF MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
EASTWARD...WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES MOVING IN THIS EVENING FROM
THE WEST. THE HIGHEST SNOWFALL TOTALS FROM TODAY INTO TONIGHT WILL
BE NORTH ALONG THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER. LOWS OVERNIGHT WILL RANGE
FROM THE 30S IN EASTERN MONTANA AND THE WESTERN DAKOTAS TO BELOW
ZERO IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA.
