THIS AFTERNOON...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WAS LOCATED OVER
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA. FOG WAS PERSISTING OVER EASTERN PORTIONS
OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS...WITH PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE. ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW WAS FALLING IN EASTERN MONTANA AND PARTS OF
THE WESTERN DAKOTAS.

FOR THE REST OF THE DAY...AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE
EARLY AFTERNOON IN THE EAST. LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
SOUTHEAST INTO MINNESOTA. EXPECT ACCUMULATING LIGHT
SNOW...SPREADING EAST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND INTO TUESDAY.

ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST THIS WEEK ACROSS NORTH
DAKOTA...WITH HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S FOR MUCH OF THIS WEEK.
COLDER CONDITIONS BY THE END OF THE WEEK WITH HIGHS FRIDAY
EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 5 ABOVE TO THE UPPER TEENS.
