...GUSTY WINDS STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH MID MORNING...

Strong northeast to east winds, occasionally gusting between 35
and 45 mph, will remain possible through mid morning across
portions of southern Vermont, the Taconics, Berkshires, and
Litchfield Hills.

The combination of gusty winds, and wet snow and ice on trees may
still allow some tree limbs and branches to fall, and could lead
to additional isolated to scattered power outages through mid
morning in these areas.
