...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN WHITESIDE...EASTERN JO
DAVIESS...CARROLL AND STEPHENSON COUNTIES UNTIL 915 PM CDT...

At 822 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Morrison,
moving north at 55 mph.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways. Motorists should be prepared for a brief period of ponding
water on streets and roads. Visibilities will also be reduced to
near zero in the heavy rain. Brief wind gusts over 40 mph are
possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Freeport, Sterling, Rock Falls, Morrison, Mount Carroll, Fulton,
Savanna, Lena, Stockton, Lanark, Warren, Garden Plain, Milledgeville,
Fairhaven, Pearl City, Shannon, Cedarville, Woodbine, Sabula and
Chadwick.

This includes Interstate 88 between mile markers 27 and 44.
