TUESDAY NIGHT...

ARCTIC AIR WILL RETURN TO THE AREA MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WITH
OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW ZERO AND WINDS OF 10 TO 20
MPH WIND CHILL VALUES MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING WILL
RANGE FROM 15 TO 24 DEGREES BELOW ZERO. EVEN COLDER VALUES ARE
EXPECTED TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH 20 TO 30
DEGREES BELOW ZERO EXPECTED. WIND CHILL ADVISORIES AND POSSIBLY
WARNINGS WILL BE NEEDED.
