LIGHT RAIN WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS MORNING. ALTHOUGH MOST
LOCATIONS WILL HAVE AIR TEMPERATURES ABOVE FREEZING AS THE RAIN
MOVES THROUGH...SOME OF THE RAIN MAY FREEZE TO COLD GROUND SURFACES
INCLUDING ROADS AND SIDEWALKS...PRODUCING ICY PATCHES. EXTRA
CAUTION IS RECOMMENDED THIS MORNING DUE TO THE POSSIBLE SLIPPERY
CONDITIONS. TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO RISE WITH CONDITIONS
IMPROVING BY LATE MORNING.
