WINDS IN EXCESS OF 45 MPH...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SILVERTON...QUITAQUE...CAPROCK CANYON STATE PARK...VALLEY SCHOOLS AND
MACKENZIE RESERVOIR.
