AT 412 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
THUNDERSTORMS...ALONG A LINE EXTENDING...FROM JUST SOUTHWEST OF CODY
THROUGH MEETEETSE...TO ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF HAMILTON DOME IN HOT
SPRINGS COUNTY. THIS LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH.

THESE STORMS WILL IMPACT AREAS FROM CODY TO MEETEETSE THROUGH 5 PM.
THE MAIN HAZARDS WILL BE HEAVY RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING.

BE SURE TO HEAD INDOORS OR INSIDE A VEHICLE IF YOU HEAR THUNDER.
HEAVY RAINFALL IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME...CAN CAUSE MINOR FLOODING
IN LOW LYING OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALSO BE
PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF HYDROPLANING.
