URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Moderate snow accumulations for much of North Central
Washington Sunday...

.A Pacific storm system will spread snow across the region
beginning Sunday morning and tapering off Sunday evening. Moderate
snow accumulations are likely in the Cascades with heavy amounts
near the Cascade crest. Moderate snow amounts are also likely in
the Okanogan Highlands, as well as the Okanogan Valley and
Waterville Plateau above 2000 feet. Wet, slushy accumulations are
possible in Wenatchee, Chelan, and Omak.

SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with mountain accumulations
  5 to 10 inches...except 10 to 14 inches near the Cascade crest.

* WHERE...Leavenworth, Mazama, Twisp, Winthrop, Stehekin,
  Conconully, Blewett Pass, and Loup Loup Pass.

* WHEN...4 AM to 10 PM Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.
