.A FAST MOVING WINTER STORM WILL CROSS THE REGION LATE TONIGHT
AND TUESDAY MORNING...BRINGING A PERIOD OF MODERATE SNOW TO MUCH
OF NORTHEAST WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. GUSTY NORTHWEST
WINDS OVER 40 MPH ARE ALSO EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF SOUTHWEST
THROUGH SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND
STRONG WINDS WILL BRING A PERIOD OF GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES
DUE TO BLOWING SNOW LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. GENERALLY 2
TO 4 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED FROM NORTHEAST WYOMING INTO SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE IN THE
