            NM-154 CLOSED BETWEEN RINCON AND HATCH DUE TO FLOODING
            AT TWO LOW WATER CROSSINGS. ONE XING LOCATED RIGHT AT
            MILE MARKER 3...THE OTHER LOCATED 0.7 MILES TO FURTHER
            EAST. ROAD WAS STILL CLOSED AT NOON AS THE EASTERN LOW
            WATER CROSSING WAS STILL DEEP. POLICE CREW ON SITE SAID
            THE WORST WAS AROUND 4 AM WHEN WATER RAN 3 TO 4 FEET
            DEEP. RINCON ARROYO ALSO FLOWING STRONG AT I-25 BRIDGE
            BUT NO IMPACTS.
