...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR ALL OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS FROM 6 AM
THIS MORNING THROUGH 1 AM TUESDAY...

.THE NEXT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL ARRIVE THIS MORNING AND
DEVELOP SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES WITH ISOLATED TOTALS OVER 5 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE. THESE STORMS HAVE ALREADY BEGUN DEVELOPING EAST OF DEL
RIO AND WILL APPROACH THE I-35 CORRIDOR BY EARLY AFTERNOON
MONDAY. EVEN THOUGH LOWER RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS
SYSTEM COMPARED TO THE WEEKEND...THE RAIN WILL BE FALLING ON
ALREADY SATURATED GROUND AND ELEVATED RIVER CHANNELS. ONLY AN
INCH OR TWO OF RAINFALL COULD QUICKLY LEAD TO MORE FLASH FLOODING
OR RIVER FLOODING CONCERNS.

  TEXAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...EDWARDS...KINNEY...
  MAVERICK AND VAL VERDE.

* THROUGH LATE TONIGHT

* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
  RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
  TEXAS LATE MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING. RAINFALL
  TOTALS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS
  OVER 5 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* DUE TO THE VERY MOIST CONDITIONS OF THE GROUNDS AND SOILS IN
  THE AREA...RAPID FLASH FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND
  SOME ROADWAYS WILL BE POSSIBLE WHERE HEAVY RAINS DEVELOP. AREA
  RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE ALSO OUT OF BANKS OR IN FLOOD. SOME OF
  THESE RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL REACH THEIR FLOOD STAGES VERY
