.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

AN ARCTIC AIRMASS AND GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE TO CREATE WIND
CHILLS IN THE LOW TEENS AND TWENTIES OVERNIGHT.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

A COLD FRONT WILL IMPACT THE SOUTHEAST STATES THROUGH EARLY NEXT
WEEK. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE A WINTRY MIX ACROSS
PORTIONS OF NORTH GEORGIA...AND SOME LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

A WINTRY MIX OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS
OF NORTH GEORGIA SUNDAY EVENING INTO LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON. SOME
SLEET AND SNOW COULD MIX IN WITH THE FREEZING RAIN AT THE HIGHEST
ELEVATIONS. A WINTER STORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED EAST AND NORTH OF
A LINE FROM CHATSWORTH TO LAWRENCEVILLE TO PAOLI FROM 1AM MONDAY
MORNING THROUGH 7PM MONDAY EVENING. SOME LIGHT AMOUNTS OF ICING
ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY SOUTH OF THE WATCH AND EAST AND NORTH OF A
LINE FROM A TRENTON TO KENNESAW TO MCDONOUGH TO ATHENS. THERE IS
STILL A LOT OF UNCERTAINTY WITH THIS SYSTEM. STAY WEATHER AWARE
THROUGH THE WEEKEND...THE WINTRY MIX COULD IMPACT THE MONDAY
MORNING COMMUTE.
