GEORGIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

HIGH FIRE DANGER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER PARTS OF NORTH AND
CENTRAL GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING DUE TO LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES AND VERY DRY FUELS. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST FIRE DANGER
STATEMENT FOR MORE INFORMATION.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

A LARGE AND STRONG STORM SYSTEM OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL HELP
SET UP A WET AND ACTIVE WEATHER PATTERN ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST U.S.
LATE MONDAY THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY. CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING THAT
A GOOD PORTION OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA WILL SEE SIGNIFICANT
RAINFALL THIS WEEK. IN ADDITION...A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE WHICH WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
