A HIGH WIND WARNING FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND A WIND ADVISORY
FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH GEORGIA IS IN EFFECT THROUGH 7AM THIS
MORNING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST HIGH WIND WARNING AND WIND ADVISORY
STATEMENTS FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY OVER NORTH
AND CENTRAL GEORGIA. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAINFALL...AND
BRIEF WIND GUSTS WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF RAIN AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA TONIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS
WILL POSE A MARGINAL RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER...WITH GUSTY WINDS
AND BRIEF ROTATION POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA WEDNESDAY...SUSTAINING
RAIN AND THUNDER ACROSS NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA. SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE STORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY. A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD HAVE STRONG
DAMAGING WINDS.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED FOR THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
