...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA
THIS EVENING...

AN UPPER DISTURBANCE TRACKING ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA THIS EVENING WILL
SPARK ISOLATED TO POSSIBLY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PARTS OF
NORTH GEORGIA THROUGH THE EVENING. THE MAIN THUNDERSTORM THREAT WILL
BE PRIMARILY ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF NORTH GEORGIA... ALTHOUGH
CANNOT RULE OUT AN ISOLATED STORM JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE THROUGH THE
EVENING. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS WILL LINGER AFTER MIDNIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL... OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND
GUSTY WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM THAT DEVELOPS.

BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL USHER IN A DRIER AIR MASS ACROSS THE STATE
THURSDAY...KEEPING SLIGHT CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS CENTRAL GEORGIA. AFTER A DRY PERIOD FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY...CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN FOR
SUNDAY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
