...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR FAR NORTHEAST GEORGIA
THROUGH 9 AM TUESDAY...

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA
FROM UNTIL 8 PM THIS EVENING...

FAR NORTH GEORGIA WILL HAVE COLD ENOUGH TEMPERATURES TO SUPPORT SOME
LIGHT SNOW TONIGHT. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
AND SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS AND STAY
TUNED TO LATER FORECAST UPDATES.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF PATCHY BLACK ICE FOR AREAS FROM ATLANTA NORTH
INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

STRONG WINDS OF 15-25 MPH GUSTING UP TO 35 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
TODAY BEFORE THE POTENT SYSTEM EXITS NORTHEAST. PLEASE SEE THE
ASSOCIATED WIND ADVISORY FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

FAR NORTHEAST GEORGIA MAY SEE SOME LINGERING LIGHT SNOW OR
FLURRIES TUESDAY. LITTLE TO NO ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED...
THOUGH WILL HAVE TO MONITOR FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CONCERN
OF POSSIBLE SLICK SPOTS ON THE ROADS.

TWO OTHER DISTURBANCES LOOK TO TRACK NEAR THE AREA THIS WEEK...ONE
THURSDAY OR THURSDAY NIGHT...AND ANOTHER NEAR LATE SATURDAY.
THERE IS MUCH UNCERTAINTY WITH THE STRENGTH AND TIMING OF THESE
SYSTEMS AT THE MOMENT...THOUGH CANNOT RULE OUT A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
WINTRY PRECIP IN PORTIONS OF FAR NORTH GEORGIA FOR BOTH PERIODS.
