to 8 PM THIS EVENING...

Strong west winds will continue to strengthen with gusts reaching
up to 40 knots through this afternoon into early this evening.
Winds will turn more northwesterly in the early evening. Wind
speeds are forecast to drop below 35 knots by 8 PM this evening.
Blowing dust may also lower visibility at times.
