DAKOTA.

WEST TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH OCCASIONAL
GUSTS APPROACHING 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SISSETON
HILLS REGION. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ALONG INTERSTATE 29 FROM
AROUND 5 MILES NORTH OF PEEVER TO JUST NORTH OF SUMMIT. AREAS OF
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AS WELL AS REDUCED VISIBILITY.
