This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Minnesota, central South Dakota, north central South Dakota, and
northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong northwest winds from 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50
mph will occur across the area today. The Grassland Fire Danger
will reach the HIGH to VERY HIGH category from the James River
valley westward into central South Dakota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Strong winds are expected again Wednesday night and Thursday.


Spotter activation will not be needed.
