MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY THE MID
AFTERNOON HOURS. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING TO THE MID 30S TONIGHT...PATCHY FROST IS
POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS.
