A RIVER FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOURIS RIVER NEAR

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
SATURDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY. HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY...AND
THIS COULD LEAD TO OVERLAND FLOODING AND QUICK RISES IN SMALL

EVENING...AND BECOME MORE NUMEROUS AFTER MIDNIGHT. A FLOOD WATCH
HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SOUTHWESTERN AND PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA BEGINNING AROUND MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT.

MANY AREAS RECEIVED SEVERAL INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE LAST WEEK.
THESE AREAS ARE MOST FAVORED FOR OVERLAND FLOODING. SMALL STREAMS
AND COULEES MAY ALSO FLOOD DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF. MORE DETAILS
ARE AVAILABLE IN THE LATEST HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK.
