THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING ACROSS MOST OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA.

ANOTHER NIGHT OF DANGEROUS WINDS CHILLS TO 35 BELOW ZERO ARE
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTH CENTRAL AND THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY
