EXPECT SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ACROSS CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA WITH NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH THROUGH THE MORNING.
NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN OPEN COUNTRY...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. WINDS WILL RAPIDLY DIMINISH
FROM WEST TO EAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT ACROSS ALL OF
WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.
