AT 120 AM CST THURSDAY...LOCAL RADAR SHOWS A NARROW BAND OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY SNOW...EXTENDING FROM HALLIDAY...TO TWIN BUTTES...INTO
UNDERWOOD...WASHBURN...WILTON AND BALDWIN. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED
VISIBILITY OF ONLY AROUND FIFTEEN FEET IN HEAVY SNOW ON HIGHWAY 8
NEAR HALLIDAY. LAW ENFORCEMENT ALSO REPORTED ABOUT A HALF INCH OF
SNOW HAD FALLEN. THE BAND OF SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTH
TOWARDS AND WILL AFFECT HIGHWAY 2 IN NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY
AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVELING TIME.
