PATCHY FOG WAS REPORTED OVER CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THIS WEDNESDAY
MORNING. THE FOG WAS MOST DENSE IN THE RIVER VALLEYS...PARTICULARLY
THE KNIFE...THE LOWER SOURIS...MISSOURI AND JAMES RIVER VALLEYS.
VISIBILITIES AT TIMES WILL BE AROUND ONE QUARTER MILE.

THE FOG WILL QUICKLY LIFT AS TEMPERATURES RISE THIS MORNING.
