.DISCUSSION...Low clouds will persist through this evening. They
will probably break up after midnight, but could linger into early
Friday morning. Only isolated light rain and snow showers are
expected, but there will be occasional drizzle in the foothills
and that could limit visibility at times right against the
mountains. The drizzle should be mainly in the morning. It still
looks like ceilings of 800-1500 feet this morning will lift a bit
this afternoon, to between 2000-2500 feet by early afternoon.

On Friday the chance of showers starts low, but increases in the
afternoon as upslope flow redevelops in the afternoon. Low clouds
and mountain obscuration will likely redevelop in the afternoon.

                    light snow until 0900, then chance of rain and
                    snow showers.
