Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient will steadily strengthen with
winds and seas gradually increasing today, over the weekend and
into early next week. Periodic Small Craft Advisories and
exercise caution statements for all or portions of the coastal
waters can be expected. A cold front is forecast for Tuesday with
a strong to fresh northerly flow.

.SATURDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay becoming
choppy in the afternoon.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to
