Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate east to southeast winds and
moderate seas should prevail through Saturday night. A cold front
will then push through by Sunday, shifting winds to moderate to
fresh northeast. Marine showers and thunderstorms will be possible
this weekend, late Saturday through Sunday night or Monday, which
could lead to localized areas of higher winds and seas.
