* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile at times in dense fog.

* WHERE...Northern Erie County, and particularly near Lake Erie in
  the immediate Buffalo metropolitan area.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
