afternoon into tonight, along and just ahead of a strong cold front.

Locally heavy rain may result in isolated urban, small stream, and
poor drainage flooding this afternoon tonight.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph may cause isolated tree damage and localized
power outages today and tonight.

Westerly wind gusts up to 45 mph may cause isolated tree damage and
localized power outages Friday and Saturday.
