south-southeasterly at 5 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 to 22 mph.
Winds will begin gusting to around 20 mph by 11AM with gusts to 22
mph from 1PM to 7PM. Afternoon RH values will fall to around 28
percent, but may trend slightly lower wih the good mixing
conditions expected. Smoke dispersal will improve by late morning
as mixing ramps up.
