This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Bitter wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero will develop across
much of central into northeast Minnesota late tonight and linger
until Monday morning. Wind Chill Advisories have been issued.
