This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Several clipper-type systems will move through the region during the
upcoming period. The low pressure system that will move through
Friday and Friday night could bring 1 to 3 inches of new snow,
with several inches of snow possible along the Gogebic Range of
Iron County. Other clipper-type systems will bring other chances
for snow accumulation during the week, with the greatest amounts
expected along the south shore of Lake Superior.


Snow spotters are requested to report measurements of snow
accumulations to the National Weather Service. Spotters and the
public can also report precipitation type with the free M-PING
smartphone app.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Nearshore
waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for the nearshore waters of
western Lake Superior. The Small Craft Advisory will end at 10 am
for the North Shore of Lake Superior, but continue through tonight
along the South Shore. See the latest marine products issued by our
office for detailed information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Conditions may become hazardous for small craft during several time
periods throughout the long term period.
