THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A HEAT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING FOR THE
GRAND RAPIDS AREA TO THE BRAINERD LAKES AND EAST TO THE TWIN PORTS
AND THE ST. CROIX RIVER VALLEY. HEAT INDICES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE
INTO THE 90S TO AROUND 100 FOR SEVERAL HOURS THIS AFTERNOON.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA THIS
EVENING AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN LATER IN THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
THIS EVENING THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE SEVERE...WITH THE MAIN
THREAT DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL. LATER TONIGHT THE STORMS
WILL BRING HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING AS STORMS MOVE
OVER THE SAME AREAS.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR
