A LOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS
MONDAY...THEN LIFT THROUGH THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TOWARDS THE GREAT
LAKES MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. THERE IS STILL
UNCERTAINTY ABOUT ITS TRACK...BUT IT WILL LIKELY LIFT THROUGH
NORTHERN ILLINOIS OR SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AND REACH LAKE MICHIGAN
TUESDAY NIGHT. THIS LOW COULD BE A POTENTIAL WINTER STORM FOR
PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION...INCLUDING PORTIONS
OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE SNOW WILL LIKELY SPREAD INTO
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN TUESDAY AFTERNOON...CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY
NIGHT...THEN TAPER OFF WEDNESDAY MORNING. NORTHWEST WISCONSIN
COULD GET PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOWFALL ACCOMPANIED BY GUSTY
NORTHERLY WINDS. MODERATE SNOW AMOUNTS ARE IN STORE FOR PRICE
COUNTY...DECREASING NORTH AND WESTWARD TO NEAR THE MINNESOTA
BORDER. MINOR AMOUNTS ARE FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA. THIS
