THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE OF LAKE
SUPERIOR...WITH 8 TO 14 INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE ALONG THE GOGEBIC
RANGE OF NORTHEASTERN ASHLAND AND NORTHERN IRON COUNTIES. LESSER
AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE BAYFIELD PENINSULA. LAKE EFFECT SNOW
WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR THESE AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE INTO
MIDDAY. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORIES AND WARNINGS REMAIN IN
EFFECT UNTIL NOON.

ANOTHER CLIPPER IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION ON TUESDAY
NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...BRINGING SNOW THAT WILL LINGER INTO
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. LIGHT SNOWFALL AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE. ADDITIONAL
SIGNIFICANT LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS POSSIBLE OVER NORTHERN IRON AND
ASHLAND COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT.

NORTHWEST WINDS WITH GALE FORCE GUSTS UP TO 40 KT WILL PREVAIL OVER
WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR TONIGHT. WAVE HEIGHTS AS HIGH AS 6 TO 8 FT
ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE. FREEZING SPRAY IS ALSO EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY FOR THE
NEARSHORE WATERS OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR.
