This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Strong east to northeast winds with gusts of 40 to 50 mph
possible for the Twin Ports and North Shore where a Wind Advisory
is in effect.

A Winter Weather Advisory for Cook County is also in
effect for tonight as freezing rain could lead to ice
accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch across the higher
terrain. Higher terrain along the North Shore and south into the
Twin Ports may also see a light glaze of ice accumulations this
evening into tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Winter weather Advisory remains in effect through the morning
hours on Monday for Cook County. The Wind Advisory also runs
through the afternoon hours.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or
tonight. Rainfall amounts from spotters and the public are
encouraged.

and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

Gale force winds and waves of 5 to 15 feet expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Gales taper off Monday afternoon. Periodic chances for
thunderstorms through next week.
