THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NOON TODAY ACROSS THE
ARROWHEAD REGION AND CAUSE SLIPPERY CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED ROADS
AND OTHER SURFACES. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE.

TONIGHT...SNOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHWEST WISCONSIN GENERALLY
ALONG AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 53 IN WISCONSIN THIS EVENING AND
CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY WHICH WILL RESULT IN UNTREATED ROADS
BECOMING SNOW PACKED AND ICY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. UNTREATED ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW
PACKED AND ICY. STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL WILL BE 3 TO 5 INCHES WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF
BAYFIELD...ASHLAND...AND IRON COUNTIES.

THE NEXT POTENTIAL FOR ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL BE LATE IN THE
WEEK INTO NEXT WEEKEND BUT IT IS TOO EARLY TO FORECAST EXACT
AMOUNTS AND TIMING DUE TO UNCERTAINTY WITH THE STORM TRACK AND
STRENGTH.

GUSTY NORTHEAST TO NORTH WINDS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH SHORES OF LAKE SUPERIOR. WINDS
WILL BECOME NORTHERLY TUESDAY NIGHT...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE THROUGH MID WEEK.
