This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong northeast flow will develop across western Lake Superior
Thursday afternoon and evening. The flow and resulting wave
buildup near the Twin Ports will likely result in a high risk of
rip currents for Duluth`s Park Point Beach and Superior`s
Wisconsin Point Beach.

There will be several opportunities for thunderstorms and heavy
rainfall Thursday night through early next week. Strong to severe
thunderstorms are possible Friday and Friday night, especially
across central and north-central Minnesota.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Nearshore
waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for a small portion of the
North Shore of Lake Superior until 10 PM. The section from Grand
Portage to Grand Marais will see locally high waves during the
evening. See the latest marine products issued by our office for
detailed information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong northeast flow will develop across western Lake Superior
Thursday afternoon and continue through the evening. The flow and
resulting waves could result in hazardous conditions across parts
of western Lake Superior, especially closer to the Twin Ports
area.

There are multiple opportunities for thunderstorms across western
Lake Superior Thursday night through early next week.
