THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION WILL RAMP UP THIS MORNING AHEAD OF A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM. A WINTRY MIX INCLUDING DRIZZLE...FREEZING
DRIZZLE...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...SNOW...AND RAIN ARE ALL
POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. WHILE THE SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE
NOT EXPECTED TO BE VERY MUCH WITH THIS SYSTEM...ROADWAYS MAY
BECOME SLICK. AREAS OF FOG...WITH SOME LOCALLY DENSE...SHOULD
CONTINUE THROUGH LATE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON TODAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A PROLONGED PERIOD OF LIGHT RAIN...DRIZZLE...FREEZING DRIZZLE...AND
SNOW IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. SNOWFALL
AND ICE AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MINIMAL...BUT A PERIOD OF
LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE SATURDAY NIGHT ALONG THE
HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE NORTH SHORE. THOSE TRAVELING SHOULD EXERCISE
CAUTION AS THERE MAY BE SLIPPERY STRETCHES ON AREA
ROADS...ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT AND ACROSS ELEVATED ROADWAYS.

A CHANCE FOR MAINLY SNOW TUESDAY INTO THURSDAY...WITH A PERIOD OF
ACCUMULATING SNOW POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT ACROSS EAST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA INTO NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS EXPECTED TO BE
LIGHT...BUT A CHANGE IN STORM TRACK COULD LEAD TO HIGHER SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS. STAY TUNED IN THE COMING DAYS AS WE WORK TO REFINE THIS
FORECAST.
