THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY ACROSS THE NORTHLAND
OVERNIGHT...WITH GENERALLY A HALF INCH OR LESS OF NEW RAINFALL.
SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REGION
OVERNIGHT...WITH RIVER LEVELS EXPECTED TO RISE THROUGH THE
WEEK...ESPECIALLY ON LARGER RIVERS. SHORT TERM RISES ARE EXPECTED
ON SMALLER RIVERS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING ALONG AND SOUTH
OF THE BRAINERD LAKES REGION...SANDSTONE...DRUMMOND...AND PARK
FALLS AREAS OF MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN. THE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
BE RELATIVELY WEAK...AND MAINLY BRING LOCALLY HEAVIER RAINFALL.

GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PERSIST TONIGHT. WINDS WILL BE
ESPECIALLY STRONG IN THE DULUTH/SUPERIOR ENTRY WHERE GUSTS OF 40
MPH WILL BE COMMON. WINDS WILL LIKELY BE EVEN HIGHER ON THE
BRIDGES BETWEEN THE TWIN PORTS. THE STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE
THIS EVENING AND DECREASE TO UNDER GALE LEVEL AFTER MIDNIGHT.

STRONG EAST TO NORTHEAST GALES WILL CONTINUE WITH GUSTS OF 40
KNOTS AND WAVES REACHING 10 FEET OR MORE TONIGHT. A GALE WARNING
IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR THROUGH 1 AM. SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL LIKELY BE ISSUED AFTER THAT TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

STRONG EAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY BUT WILL BE BELOW GALE
LEVELS. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED.
