...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Atascosa and Wilson.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water
  in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pleasanton, Floresville, Jourdanton, Poth, Leming, Graytown,
    Coughran, McCoy and Dobrowolski.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
