AN ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL SINK INTO THE REGION FROM CANADA LATE
TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW. MORNING WIND CHILL VALUES OF 20 BELOW TO 30
BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
