This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dangerous wind chills will persist across the entire area this
morning. Wind chill values from 25 to 45 below zero are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

A clipper system moving across the area Wednesday night into
Thursday morning may bring some mixed wintry precip to the
northern parts of the area. There is a chance of light snow across
the far southern Red River Valley over the weekend and the entire
area on Monday.
