This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Roads are icy within and east of the Red River Valley. Additional
impacts are expected from light freezing drizzle and snow within
the valley this morning. Strong winds will continue into the
afternoon hours. Snow showers this afternoon may lead to reduced
visibilities, especially in open areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

The active weather pattern continues Thursday and into the
weekend with additional chances for wintry weather. There is a
lot of uncertainty with the details of each event. A couple of
these systems could produce several inches of snowfall.
