This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

1 to 3 inches of snow along and east of the valley today will be
followed by increasing winds of 25 to 35 mph and possibly reduced
visibilities from blowing snow down to a half mile this afternoon
in open country. Dangerous wind chill values of 25 to 40 below
will develop this afternoon and persist into the overnight.
